How do you bill?
Your service fee is charged monthly to your credit card via our automated billing system. There are no long-term contracts.
How do I change or upgrade my plan?
You have complete control of your service plan via Metro Publisher’s account management dashboard. You can upgrade, downgrade, change billing information, or cancel your service at any time.
How do I cancel?
Your service agreement is month-to-month. You can cancel your service at any time via Metro Publisher’s account management dashboard and your service will be discontinued at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
How long does it take?
That is up to you. Once you sign up, your Metro Publisher website will be turned on instantly. You can then decide when to make your site available to the public at your custom domain whenever you are ready. You are in complete control.
